that being a gay or lesbian is wrong? people say it's wrong because because that's not the way it's been. but think about this:
if the first people started out being gay/lesbian, we would think that a boy liking a girl would be wierd. my mom is a lesbian and sometimes i'm embarrassed none of my friends know yet cause i don't think they can handle it. do you think being a gay/lesbian is wrong?

Yes, I think being homosexual is wrong. But being a child of one is not wrong. You didn't choose your life. There are people you will meet that will not be your friend because of your mother. They are not true friends. I'm sorry you are embarrassed. It probably keeps you from having friends over to spend the night. My dad was a drunk so I didn't have friends over. I always went to their house. Sometimes life can stink. When I was young I promised myself I would never be a drunk like my dad. I'm grown up now and have kept that promise. We can become strong adults from the hardships we face as children. When you find a true best friend that you can trust maybe you can share your secret with them. You will do fine. m

Indeed it is very very wrong because God created men and women for the opposite sex and not for the same sex. How do you think would you be a person if your lesbian mom married a woman. That is why it is wrong. A woman cannot conceive without a man and a man cannot bear fruit without a woman. That is simple as that. That basically just being a lesbian is not wrong, being gay is not wrong. What is wrong is the relationship that goes with it.
It defies the laws of nature.
Think again, will you be able to have children if you will marry with the same sex. You say you will just adopt. But where does the adoption comes from. From the union of a man and a woman. And thats it

I don't think I have the right to judge others, there is only 1 man that can do that and that would be God! I had a friend in high school and her mom was a lesbian, and sometimes I would completely forget and crack a stupid gay joke not meaning anything by it, but she took it personally and I really didn't mean for her to but I felt bad after I said that stuff around her. I have since then come to terms with what they are and stopped cracking gay jokes. You will soon come to terms with it and tell your friends that she is a lesbian but make sure that you start with the 1 person that you can trust the most and make sure that she knows that she can't tell anyone until you are ready, because you don't want it to fly like wildfire, and you don't want people in school making fun of you because high school kids can be like that. Most gay people cant help but be gay. Its in their blood, heart and soul and that wont change if they are truly gay.The problem is that society has a hard time accepting anything that is so different and it will take a few generations to accept this. Gay people are sex freaks of nature, but freaks not in a bad sense. They cannot be blamed are ridiculed. Since society is not ready for them, then look out for the bad people who think gays are bad.
I think gays should keep a low profile until the education of the masses comes to its senses. Otherwise, being too openly gay nowadays will invite trouble. Think about the straight world. There is where you should concentrate your thoughts for now

hell, no...theres nothing wrong at all...well, if u say the first ppl were gay then we wouldnt have survived...or there would be little chance of humans surviving, unless we were made to reproduce thru gay relationships...(hmm, how would that work, thats kind of weird, only b/c its not like that....) but im not saying gays and lesbians are weird...
who cares if that's not the way its been...i dont know what the bible says but god mad men and women and that relationships should only be between them, right...but i want to know where god got the idea that two men or women wouldnt fall in love...and to top it off god says its a sin...u see what i mean, it makes no sense....if god is that powerful, wouldnt he have thought of that?
again, i dont know much of the bible, since i dont believe in a specific religion...(since nobody really knows which one is correct since they all basically contradict another...) and u know what, no offense, but if ur friends cant handle ur mom being lesbian, then they aint ur friends....just something to ponder =)

No I dont think being gay is wrong! And I dont believe that it is a choice that people make (like some idiots seem to think). Why would someone 'choose' to be gay when then get treated the way they do by morons who dont understand?! Surely if it were a choice you would choose the 'easier' option and be straight.
Why don't you think your friends we be able to handle the fact that your Mum is gay? If they are your true friends they will be fine with it. If they aren't, I dont think that they are you real friends anyway.

think about this: if the first people started out being gay, none of us would exist and humans couldn't procreate that way. sorry I don't mean to offend...some people take this view and find it unnatural, but whether you accept it or reject it(your mom being gay) stay confident w your decision and be happy and comfortable with who you are don't worry what others think :-)

You are what you are. It is not for us to judge others. I know a 4 year old that is a poster child for being born gay.
Leave people alone, what they choose to do in their bedroom is their business and the only ones they have to answer to is whomever their supreme being is....

No, I don't think that is wrong. In the bible it was adam and eve, but you know what? Things change. People change. Life changes. You can't help who you fall in love with. How long do you think it will take til the world realizes it?
