What would be the best engine I could put in a 2006 Mazda Miata and so I could still fit a supercharger and other modifications would still fit?

Just go with the MazdaSpeed setup. That's a lot of engine for an MX-5.

STAY WITH THE ONE YOU HAVE A FEW MODIFICATIONS AND A SUPERCHARGER YOU WILL HAVE ALL THE POWER YOU WILL NEED BUT YOU REALLY SHOULD CONSIDER FINDING ANOTHER CAR THIS IS NOT ONE THAT IS GOOD FOR PERFORMANCE

Don't waste your money -- save and buy a real man's car. Miatas remind me of toy cars.

The stock motor is perfect 4 mods...stick with it but you better pull out you r wallet..
