What do you mean by short people are "funny looking"???
I am an adult, 43 years old. I stand a whole 4.5 1/2 (4.6 WITH shoes! LOL) and you can see by my picture, that I'm not at ALL "funny looking".
In fact, I'm quite cute (so I've been told by many) and have a great love for life, a wonderful sense of humor, friendly, creative and MANY other qualities that God gave me to make up for my size!!!!!
I guess you're lucky that "I", a SHORT PERSON, has such a fun outlook on life or I would be very easily offended by this question, given that I am one of who you are referring to!
You see, I have dealt very well with the cards in life I've been given. Fortunately, I can accept myself for "who" I am, not "what" I am. It's too bad everyone else can't see the "real" me (and others like me) for our personality, not our "funny looks".
I'll bet many other answerers to this question would agree! Thanks for the opportunity to allow me to respond.
There are over 200 types of dwarves in this world. I happen to have "pituitary dwarfism" and I am "in proportion". I'm one of the lucky ones!
I guess you're not familiar with "good things come in small packages" b/c I'm here to tell you . . . I definitely AM a good thing inside a small package! As a matter of fact, I wouldn't change a thing about me or my life!
I love being "different" b/c it's a great opportunity to use it in my stand up comedy adventures!
To answer your question . . . I don't know!!!! LOL

I do not think that only some short people look funny!
I remember seeing this tall person with a short persons foot up his butt. That was really funny!

You must not be knowing that the short people are inteligent and make fast moves than the tall. In past, if you think of the rullers, they are short people (like hitler). Also consider china and japan, the people are having a short height, yet they are developed countries.

This just shows your short coming.Think you need to change your attitude.If you think short people are funny looking may be its high time you change your outlook.Short people are better looking than your avatar.Stop degrading like this.It just shows your ugly side.First develop respecting people irrespective of their height.Show some concern to fellow human beings.Respect them for what they are.

You must mean dwarfs or midgets, because ordinary short people are just as beautiful and non-funny looking as tall people.

height is not related to looks at all. i personally dont think the way u do at all but then each is entitled to his/her own opinion. but then its also said that tall men have their brains in their knees, this is all myth. a person's looks are not dependent on their height. beauty is only skin deep. as long as a person has a good/beautiful heart that is what matters really!

I think tall people are funny looking, having to look up into their nostrils. But sometimes I like what I see up in there......

I am 5.0 and I am not funny looking and i stopped growing a very long time ago.
