Wash your face for at least 1 and half minutes with cleanser. If you cant' afford toner get witch hazel its in most toners anyway and its not too expensive. I'm not sure what is causing the red bumps other that pimples. Try and wash your face 2xs and day and dont' scrub too hard and not more than 2 Xs. If you over wash your face your skin tries to over compensate and makes the skin oily.

I am guessing you are young, in your teens, and the bumps blemishes and redness are just part of growing up. Make an appointment with a dermatologist. This person can tell you where you are at and make some recommendations...

Try getting a facial cleanser. It helps to remove the redness.

honestly, a dermotologist visit is best, so check your insurance and what it will cover. otherwise, a healthy diet and drinking lots of water are crucial. do you have oily skin also, or is it red because it's sensitive? if oily, use a product with salicylic acid - i like biore pore cleansing scrub because it dries pimples right out.
