i need help to see the cds but i cant coz it .nrg how can i see it and what the program support the .nrg

Open it using Nero and burn it onto a CD. The .nrg file format is a Nero CD iamge format. You can then check out the tutorials from the CD.

It is TestOut MCSE saved in Nero Image file format.
Try using "Nero software" to burn the image back to a regular CD format.
Save the file to your hard drive, then
open the file in Nero, and burn the image to a new CD.
