I love several of the ones mentioned on here. Blazing Saddles, Dodgeball, Halfbaked is also good, but I may have laughed the hardest the first time I seen There's Something About Mary. I laughed until I thought I was going to puke. Everyone in the theatre was cracking up.

Rat Race. I love the scene where the little girl has to take a dump but her dad won't pull over so she poops in a cup while they play loud Spanish music! Classic :)
