How do I lose fat mainly in my mid section?? I did some researc and sit ups tone the muscle but does not burn the fat. What do I do??

No matter what anyone tells you--I think and have observed that some people just pack it in different areas. When I was young I was very thin. When I was about nineteen I was 5'7" and 115-120 pounds. And at that stage any weight I had was in the mid-section. I've always been an apple, not a pear. Now I'm 45 and still 5' 7" but my weight is 139. So I'm heavier, and my extra weight is around the mid-section--breasts, waist. I think some people are just more inclined to either be apples or pears. I've ALWAYS been an apple, and probably always will be. So, I just know I'll always have no hips, and a wider waist and bigger boobs., thin legs

Cardio- Running, Cycling, etc. First burn the fat then tone it up after losing weight.

My mom keeps her tummy sucked in all of the time and expecially when she excersises and that helps some. wither wise, just cut back on the fats sweety! Good luck
