Can he even be controlled?? If you find out how, please let me know! Mine shows his face a little more than I would like, but I can't help it! I guess he thrives on my insecurities. It really sucks. :(

you simply push him down into your left big toe and rationalize by utilizing just the facts. If you teach the little green monster to use facts instead of "hunches" or "gut feelings" or "spontaneous reactions" he will go away... get your facts before feeling jealous. Jealousy is one of the useless feelings that causes way to much drama and pain... but only if you let it. Also remember that asking once is not interrogating and is not a sign of jealousy, it is a sign of curiousity... asking more than once is jealousy... good luck and keep the little green monster at bay....

Think about how it is not a good thing to be. Jealousy is not an emotion I like feeling. Lately I control it by thinking how much I hated it when my ex was overly jealous. It's a sign of insecurity not love is what I told him so now I have to take my own words to heart and not be.

“What I needed most was to love and to be loved, eager to be caught. Happily I wrapped those painful bonds around me; and sure enough, I would be lashed with the red-hot pokers or jealousy, by suspicions and fear, by burst of anger and quarrels.”
Saint Augustine quote
