Assuming this is an uninhabited island in a warm climate & I would be stuck there indefinitely: a large metal pot, a knife & a flint (or something else that would be able to start fires for an indefinite period of time).
If it is a civilized island: my bank card, clothes & a car (transit systems aren't the best on small islands)
