you can try taking vitamin E and also get the gel caps and rub the vitamin E on the scar... it helped with my sisters chicken pox scars .. also Ive seen this stuff called Mederma (sp?) on Tv but Ive never tried it

Mederma scar therapy or Palmers Coco Butter scar serum. Both work great, just follow the directions and don't skip any applications.

Take Vitamin E capsuls and break them apart...rub the stuff on your scars....or get an alovera plant and break the leaves apart and rub the vera on your scars...or go to Wally World (wal mart) and buy cocoa lotion....good for stretch marks....hydrating skin....and getting rid of scars...good luck

In addition to the treatments already mentioned, you need press your finger or fingers against the scare. Do not scratch the skin but press the skin again the bone and rub the tissue against the bone. Not so that it hurts but you need to break up the scare tissue underneath... This action can be accomplished anywhere on the body or limbs.
