Personally, no. I am not mean to people I fear that I know personally because I've been bullied in jr. high school and I know what it feels like to be picked on.

Depends. If they threaten me then obviously I'm not going to be nice back to them, but if they're just intimidating I'll be nice to them all the same as people I don't fear.
