There is actually several products on the market...well worth their price. Usually located where the razor, and shaving cream are sold. They solve this problem perfectly! I have been using "BikiniZone" for several years..and a lil' dab will do ya right after stepping out of the shower. And, the tube lasts forever...
Also, remember to shave after a hot bath or shower, and make certain the area is clean of bacteria, that is of major importance. And ...never ( Repeat after me-never!) *dry shave*, I know it is tempting...when you get invited to go swimming to run and do a quick dry shave to clean up...but, that is something you will pay dearly for afterwards...lastly, no dull razors...that drag on the skin! Remember: A nice clean, sharp double edge razor used on clean skin, with an anticeptical cream such as I mentioned above is the way to stop the maddness..lol Keep up with it..on a routine, you will stop being bothered by sore..unsightly bumps..!

Clean the area really well before shaving because sometimes the bumps are caused by dirt getting under the skin during shaving. Also rubbing deoderant on the area afterwards helps prevent them as well.

Use some lotion, have you got something with aloe in it. Sounds to me like you have razor burn. Take care.

Use soap or body lotion on your body where you are shaving. never shave dry, that is why you get the bumps. After shaving use a lotion or aloe vera.
