First you must live in doors somewhere with access to electricity. Otherwise you would not be able to type your question in a computer. Also you must have access to a computer.
I was in 6th grade last year and did homework. Homework will make your life better by giving you an education. If your on a library computer than ask the librarian to help you.
Look at the man on the 5 dollar bill. He wasn't exactly homeless but he used to do his homework in a small cabin by candle light. Before he went to school in the morning he would go out very early and do chores on his father's farm. He only wore shoes on sunday for church.
When he was a little boy his mom was cooking by wooden stove. Her dress caught on fire and he witnessed his own mom dying. Luckily his dad married another women later who raised him with affection and compassion.
He overcame all of that and eventually his country honored him by printing his picture on the 5 dollar bill. If he could do homework so can you.

Of course. Whether or not you are homeless has nothing to do with what you are learning in school. The word "home" work simply implies that it's done out of class. There are plenty of libraries and community centers that can be used to get the schoolwork done and help this student to make sure they can break out of their current homeless situation. good for them for getting to school every day!

sure. anyone can help a homeless child by giving homework. however, that teacher should go over the homework with the child first to make sure she/he understood the hw problems.

Technically, I don't think a homeless child can be enrolled in school. You have to have an address. So you would HAVE to have a place of residence. Now you could debate if a place of residence is a home, but regardless, that child could still get "home"work.

First for clarification. Teachers are mandated reporters so if a teacher knows a child is homeless they must report it to children's services. CS will ensure that the child has a home and then by all legal definitions he or she may be given HOMEWORK.
Semantics gotta love it.......

of course he can as long as he believes in doing it i don't see why a school teacher would give a child that want to learn school work, especially when it is a homeless child,

any teacher worth a snot would be more consern with getting the child the help it needs before homework. I doubt a child can be registered in the school without an address and social services would have been called in already. really stupid question stick your 10 pts

Well, he/she is in school for a reason...to learn. and without homework it makes it harder to learn. if they dont have the proper materials then talk to him/her after class and offer utensils from the class room. or maybe the school offers something for students that have low or no income what so ever. there might even be a clinic for homeless families that offers things like pencils and erasers and paper and stuff.

Well...this is a good question, but I would say...that if the child is homeless, it wouldn't be in school anyway because it's too expensive. LOL.

In order to go to school every student must have a home address. So the answer is no because every student must have an address in order to fulfill the school districts residency requirements.
