According to the National Institutes of Health:
"Stretched end-to-end, the arteries, veins, and other vessels of the human circulatory system would measure about 60,000 miles."
Since the Earth's circumference whether measured at the equator or between the poles is a little less than 25,000 miles, the answer is yes--in fact, it is almost 2 1/2 times. How this was determined (and why), I have no idea....

They say all sorts of things that will never be proved. I'd say they're full of it, but does it really matter? Why burst someone's bubble if they want to believe that.
And besides, if you're ever stuck on a zombie-infested island, hacking the head off a zombie and braiding all his veins together to make a raft might one day save your life!
