I'm sure he's not innocent, but I don't think he killed her. I think he might just be a freak. He sure looks one.

Yah, he is a total freak. He's trying to get out of a Thai jail. Does he look familiar to anyone else? He is soo creepy.

The accused definitely has some mental issues -- whether he killed her or not. We have to filter everything he says through that -- maybe he did pick her up from school and give her drugs earlier to get to know her and get access into her life and into her house. Maybe that's why there were no tracks in the snow and no forced entry -- he was her friend.
Maybe he's just studied the case so long, he thinks he was "with her" in his mind when she died -- maybe he was there with someone else. He has married a couple (at least) very young girls. We will just have to see.
My gut instinct is that he just wants the attention because his life is so bad he just wants to be locked away to escape it. To listen to his life, you have to wonder how he can live without a conscience that drives him more insane by the day.....
I just hope the police do a thorough investigation instead of just jumping on this guy to put this horrible piece of unsolved history to rest. I hate to be so cynical, but it's hard to trust anyone these days......
It seems that the more "upstanding" they are the more horrible their secrets are. Maybe that's a give away -- real people have real problems and don't look glossy and "together" all of the time.

NO. He is under suspicion or indictment for other crimes of a similar nature. and will confess to anything right now. as he knows that his fate does not look good right now. So why not add to the list the punishment is still going to be the same.

I think he's just a freak wanting his 15 minutes of fame. From what I've heard, his story doesn't match the police reports.

I think you are right. I think he is some freaky guy who has a lot of issues, but I don't think he killed JonBenet. He said he picked her up from school, but she was killed during Christmas vacation, and he said he gave her drugs. There were no drugs in her system. I hope he didn't get her mixed up with another one of his victims.

no i dont think that he killed her.
i still think that john killed her and always will. and i think that her mother knew what was going on and did nothing about the sexual abuse.
so therefore, i think both the parents are guilty. patsy is dead, but i think that they paid the guy to say that he did it.
think about where he was and lets face it, in american prisons, you are guaranteed three meals a day and a roof over your head. its better to be in an american prison than it is in twailand trying to make ends meet.
i think that he was paid to confess

I don't think he did it. He said he drugged her when there weren't drugs in her system. He said that he picked her up from school when she died over the holidays. I think the police and media are just trying to have a scapegoat to sell more stories, and this guy is willing.
