Given the assumption that bigfoot actually exists, a southern version of him has been observed eating cattle feed. That means he eats grain like corn. So he can't be strictly a carnivore. He is either a herbivore - or like man - an omnivore.

Until a skull is found, Bigfoot does not exist! If a skull is found, any competent mammalogist can look at it's teeth and tell you whether it's a carnivore, omnivore, or herbivore. Omnivore would be most likely.

Bigfoot is the leader of the radical vegan movement.

But seeing as how he survives on a steady diet of children's nightmares, and craps rainbows... perhaps he qualifies as an omnivore.

It is most likely that this large mammal subsists mainly on plant material and will eat insects, birds, or other animal carcasses when they come across them. Mainly scavengers and oportunistic Omnivores.
