Good Luck! Contact the chamber of commerce, they can help you out. just google it and go from there, you will get phone numbers, e-mail addresses etc. Vegas is a great place to live! Only go to the casinos to eat! You will learn what I'm saying. Good luck, hope this helps.

Summerlin area is still new, new housing going up. Maybe look into renting a house?
HOpe you are adding in extra cash for utilites...phone/gas/electricity/trash/water. Some places pay for one or the other or none at all.

I lived in Summerlin for 3 years from 2002-2005. It became properly remote from The Strip (a special plus in my e book), became scenic (it truly is totally close to to the mountains on the west fringe of the valley), site visitors became lighter than different parts of the city, and crime became low. The elevation is larger to boot, so that you're at a lot less danger of flooding than the middle of the valley. (certain, it does flood occassionally in Las Vegas.)

Summerlin or Henderson. Both are part of Las Vegas but they are the nicer areas. They are greener and more peacful.Also, it depends on your budget and where you work. Summerlin is less expensive than Henderson.
