Hmmm, well, I've always heard that you throw up when you have a head injury. o.O Not sure if that's true or not. If you're concerned about a head injury, shouldn't you be driving to the ER instead getting advice from a bunch of teenagers?

It depends on the type of injury. It could be a few hours to a day. Symptoms are headache and runny nose through to bleeding out the ears and personality change.

Sometimes hours after the injury. If headache, blurred vision, vomiting or dizziness occur please seek help. If a child was involved, they must be woken every hour thru the night to see if they are conscious. Delay in symptoms is due to increasing pressure on the brain from swelling and/or intercranial (inside skull) bleeding.
