And that his brother George fired everyone on the commision that had voted for the investagation?

How does a republican secure democracy this way?

The NY TIMES, LA TIMES, Washington Post and several other Liberal papers have investigated the so called black vote suppression over and over and over again and found nothing. And they wanted to find something real bad.
However the accusation never goes away because it keeps you angry and voting Democrat. Learn to recognize propaganda when you see it.
