Cocoa butter is known to treat stretchmarks, and if applied regularly, it can prevent future stretchmarks. Just make sure that whenever you go to buy it, don't skimp and buy the 99 cents bottle. Go ahead and spend the 5 or 6 bucks on a bottle, as long as the ingredients are good. Make sure that "cocoa butter" is in the top 5 ingredients. It sounds silly, but cheaper brands dilute their product with alcohol and fragrances, which are both harmful to your skin. If you have a walgreens near you, call them and ask if they have Cocoa butter with the brand name "Paradise Gold". It's a good one.
Vitamin E oil is also well known for its ability to treat scars, and stretchmarks are scars. You can buy pure vitamin E oil at the local drug store. Either way, it's very good for your skin.
It would be pretty beneficial for your skin to make your own mix of vitamin E oil and Cocoa Butter. Actually, you should use these two treatments all over your body. They do a great job to combat dryness and aging. The Vitamin E does a great job on scarring, and Cocoa Butter also helps heal your skin after sun exposure. Try it out!

Take vitamin E capsules and pop a hole in the end and use the oil inside on the stretch marks. It takes a little bit of time, but really does smooth them out so they are not so noticeable.

They say that moisturizers help. Cocoa butter is supposedly the choice to make. I have a friend who swore by it, during her pregnancy, and I have heard medical people recommend it.
