Type in DanceVision.com there are a bar-ache of Cd's for west coast swing and tango. There are also several videos in that direction. My dance teacher refered me to Dance Vision when I asked a similar question sometime ago. The original founders were dance pros/teachers. Movies with Ron & Carla Montez are good. They can even send you a free catalog. Keep on dancing.

kathy smith has a great latin dance workout. but it's salsa and other junk. but its a lot of fun.
