I don't think Hezbollah will disarm. However, it was stated in the cease-fire that there was to be "no rearming." Once again, Hezbollah challenges the peace.

Beauty: If you'de like to ask me questions then e-mail me...I can't e-mail you.

I am in reality here. You do realize that everytime Hezbolla breaks the agreement Israel is going to counter-attack. Right or not, that's the way it is. This time the worm got Israel. I didn't say jack about who Hezbollah is. We may not agree, but I think you'll find my position as easy to defend as your own.

As soon as we deliver a couple jets, missles, warships, and weapons to Lebanon, we can kick the UN out and ask to start another gathering.

Right now, though, it seems like its hard to agree on anything. The UN is what we got.

because they deserve to have weapons. How else are they going to defend themselves?

Wow, people are defending Hezbollah. The terrorists have already exploited you guys. Now they just need to convince you that you need them and voila----ball game.

Koffi Annan is starting to scare me. Hezbollah has been firing on Israel everyday since the cease fire but this is what he comes up with? Ok, now I get it.....he's trying to scapegoat Israel so he doesn't have to send troops to Lebanon. The same 3,000 UN troops (oops, 2,000 now) into that are being organized at a snails pace to be mobilized to South Lebanon. The French are suppose to provide the most troops, and they said they were going to provide only 400 o_O What? As of today, France only has 49 troops on the ground. Laughable. For you people who don't understand the role of the U.N. you must be the same people who don't realize that this all started with Hezbollah kidnapping IDF troops and they were launching mortars for days before Israel did anything. 'Course, this doesn't excuse the fact of what's been going on against Israel the past, uh, hundreds of years in the region. Is everyone a damn Anti-Semite now?

Also, Hezbollah is a terrorist organization. That's never been debated but I see people everyday debating that fact over the past month. How gullible can some people be? Wake up and learn the world you live in for cripes sake.

If Koffi Annan can get a Nobel Peace prize, so can Yassir Arafat can get a Nobel Peace prize. Oh, wait.....that did happen. Screw it, we are all going to go down in flames.

The UN should be flying Nazi flags to show how they disrespect Israel. Kofi Annan has been taking so much money from Iran to keep things from getting done that he in unable to make any fair judgments. As head of the UN he shold have enforced the disarming of Hezbollah but perhaps he know the French could never allow that and keep the money coming from Iran. The time has come to disband the UN. Why the US keeps giving money to them is beyond me. We should throw them out of the US.

What???? and cut of his supply of under-the-table oil money?

"In September 1998, Kojo Annan [Kofi's son] met with several heads of state and government ministers during the opening session of the U.N. General Assembly. In December, Cotecna won a $4.8 million Oil for Food contract. Kojo Annan, Kofi Annan and Cotecna deny that the younger Annan was involved in the Oil for Food contract. Annan also claimed that connections with Cotecna severed after 1998, however Kojo continued to be paid by the company until February 2004."

This is worse than the Cheney/Haliburton connection.

Hezbollah is not the government of Lebanon! They are a terrorist organization and a quasi-gov. party. Saying that they need weapons is the same logic as saying that democrats need machine guns to protect our southern border from illegal invasion from Mexico. Duh! Annan doesn't mention it though because he wants support from oil producing middle east countries who are sympathetic to Hezbollah.

Because if he did say it, he might as well say that the other nations shouldn't get weapons as well.
