I need a good country song for my grandpa he is out of state and i haven't seen him for a year. anyone got any ideas or good suggestions?

Plus "Portland, Oregon" (Jack White and Loretta Lynne).

If your looking for a country song that is gonna show your love for your grandpa then I would suggest Grandpa(tell me about the good ole days) by the Judds. I've always listen to country; however my boyfriend hasn't but now I have him listening to it all the time and this is one of his favorite songs now. Good luck

Try some Willie Nelson or Johnny Cash. I don't know many Willie Nelson songs, but I recommend "Ring of Fire" or "A Boy Named Sue" by Johnny Cash.
Of course, those are the most popular of his. lol.
As for women artists, you could always go for Patsy Cline. "Walkin After Midnight" is a good classic. I know my grandpa was a big fan of her music. :)
