Hi All;) ..Are women prone to be jealous of other women.. more than men are of other men? If so, why?;)?

i guess we women are actually insecure lot of people. I have no idea why. It's our biological make-up. So we tend to be jealous of other women who seem to be better than us - having a bigger set of boobs, slimmer, prettier, better jobs, better husbands etc. For men, i think they do in a much lesser extent. The reason it seems that we women are more jealous is coz we talk it out in the open while men just keep their jealousy inside themselves

Men get jealous too but some kind of grow out of it. But women are jealous creatures. They don't trust other women because they know when a man is around that is attached other women see him as something to be obtained. He becomes competition. So maybe women aren't exactly jealous they're very competitive.

I don't know if they're more prone to jealousy, but they sure show it more. I do know a couple of pretty jealous guys too though.

I think our society creates more insecurities for women. By the looks of things they're trying to catch men up though.

i think men are competitive instead of jealous. and women just resign themselves that another woman is better looking or has a better bf or whatever and this makes them feel bad about themselves. i feel bad about myself when i envy other women, a guy would probably just try to outperform whoever he saw was better than him.

What would be the point for me to get jealous of another woman? To me that is wasting valuable time.

I dont know . I used to be extremely jealous , but it turned out to be my own insecurities . I need to constantly tell myself good things about myself so I dont get jealous . Its sick .

i think of you're analyzing into it somewhat. He in basic terms sounds observant. whilst i'm with a pal I continuously pay interest to what's occurring with them. in basic terms a habit (my acquaintances are twist of destiny services...).
