Hit the CTRL + ALT and the UP or DOWN arrow key.
This will only work on some PC with graphics cards built into the motherboards, so it might now work on your PC.

I've heard that same thing had happened to other people on the Kim Komando radio talk show. Go to her website at Komando.com. And make sure you spell it right so you don't get a porn site!

what do you have, a laptop or desktop?
if laptop, you have probably pressed the function (FN) key and the arrow keys... Try pressing it again.
if desktop, it's got to be in the video properties. just got to control panel>click display
