He is a Black Mage from Final Fantasy 9 and a member of Seifer's Gang in Kingdom Hearts 2.

Vivi is the black mage from Final Fantasy 9, he is also featured in Kingdom Hearts 2. There is also a generic version of his likeness when you change any generic male character to the Black Mage in Final Fantasy Tactics.
