There is an Iron Plus C supplement that does not cause constipation. This is organic iron (ferrous fumarate) made from a plant. Most iron supplements come from a rock (ferrous sulfate & ferrous gluconate).

The C is added for better absorption.

I like a product called Vital K, made by Futurebiotics. It has about 33% of the USRDA of iron in each 1 tablespoon dose. It is marketed as a Potassium (K) supplement and is especially good for people who have liver problems, thus don't utilize the iron they get in their diet.

Other natural sources of iron are organ meats like liver (buy ONLY organically grown) and greens. Greens have oxalates which bind up the minerals. This is ameliorated by adding an acid: vinegar, lemon juice or tomato.

Also eat raisins and blackstrap molasses. Notice that almost all iron-rich foods have a mild laxative effect to counter what the iron can do to the bowels. Nettles tea, available at natural foods stores, is an excellent source of iron and other minerals.

If you are anemic, you probably also need to supplement your B vitamins. Check w/ your health advisor.

each and every little thing rolled into one. adult men beating one yet another up (coreographed or not), and being a great deal shocked is the staggering, yet they hardly ever do it at present with WWE and Vince wondering Cena is an effective wrestler even as his suits are continually the similar old junk. Seeing your popular beat your least popular on a huge degree or for a identify. Doesnt get any more beneficial effectual than that. Plus you throw interior the gang, its impressive. they have been critically critically lacking hardcore suits and stipulation suits that genuinely get loopy. The very last guy status suits the perfect couple years were uninteresting. So being a great deal shocked is impressive, and seeing the failings that take position the position its the single element interior the nighttime you talk about more beneficial than something! it truly is the better area of wrestling!

Depending on your need for iron, you may find that a regular multi-vitamin with a diet with iron-rich foods may help you maintain iron levels in your blood. I also tend to have iron-deficient anemia, and most of the time I can manage the deiciency with the above course. I do have to resort to supplements occasionally and temporarily to restore iron levels.

anything that is green and leafy will give you tons of iron...such as spinach...remember popeye? or brocolli, your salads, but don't over do it, you'll end up with diarreah though not totally life threatening, but in moderation...
