If I had a bag of rice, and I did not want to eat it, and than I felt a little silly inside. I'd run down the city streets, and throw it in peoples face while screaming. And i'd wear a big hat that said RICE MAN=).

Than i'd take a poo on my dads car.

Cooked rice can be used as glue. It is starch after all. Fermented rice makes rice beer since it is a grain.

I take an empty toilet paper roll thingy. Put paper around it on one end to close it. Put glue on it so it won't open then I fill the roll with a bit rice. Close the other end with the same way then I got a rattle and I do funky music with it. =P lol.
