It can be true. If a person is called ugly enough times, it is psychologically programed into their mind. If these "ugly" statements bother them too much, it may cause depression which could lead to schizophrenia. If a person is schizo, they cannot judge right from wrong, and they may commit crimes.
The court of law already examines a persons state of mind, so they should not take into consideration whether this person is ugly or not, because in truth, what gives them the right to decide?

also, if a person is good looking, that can also psychologically program the thought that they are better, have more power, and can do what they want.

wanting to do something bad because they look ugly is only possible if their looks made them feel insecure enough to want to get even with a cruel world-- maybe the world treated them bad, never gave them the chance to make it in life, hence the revenge.

but "predisposition" is a totally different thing-- like their genetic make-up includes a tendency to do such a thing-- in which case, NO. ugly people dont have it in their genes to abuse or kill. neither do good looking people have it in their genes to be good Samaritans.

looks affect people in so many different ways. good looks are a feast to the eyes and certainly gives someone an advantage. but, hopefully, judges made it to their posts because they have in them the capacity to judge fairly-- beyond doe-eyed looks, sweet smiles, and sexy bodies.

beautiful people weren't born kind hearted. it's the kind heart that makes even the ugliest person beautiful.

Noooo, they are not predisposed to do anything, and it is not inherited!! It all comes from how they are brought up, and their surroundings, and looks aren't as important as what's inside, but it doesn't excuse them from any crimes they may commit, no matter what they look like.

Yes, because society treats them like crap and treats good looking people way better, they get better jobs, get payed more, get more girl/boyfriends and life is just way easier for good looking people. No, it should not be taken into their sentencing. It would be kind of hard to detrmine how ugly they are and how much time they get off of their sentence due to their level of ugliness.

According to http://www.uglynet.com ugly people are the nicest people around.
I am ugly... it doesn't make me go out and commit crimes. That is almost as weak as an excuse as that my father used to hit me!

Actually, many serial killers have been known for their charm and charisma. However, the film industry will often use a certain 'profile' for the most sadistic criminals.
