sleep -- you're body's going through major changes and you need to sleep and eat healthy. it'll pass in a coupla months

Make sure you are eating properly, including plenty of fruits and vegetable also drink 6-8 cups of water a day. Aslo some light activity like walking daily can help perk you up.

well if your only feeling blah, good for you :) not everyone is that lucky..there are a few things to perk you up..small naps..lots of fluid..eat plenty of small meals ( peanut butter on toast was a life saver for me )..make sure your taking your prenatal vitamins, i hated them, but they really helped. also..you could also consider the whole spa treatment..either at home or professional..those are always nice.
