Believe it or not, some of the hackers that they would like to hire have arrest records and that blows it for them. But they do hire a number of hackers. Remember, when you think you have the best working for you, there's always someone better.

For one, they may have already. Government won't tell you that.
On the other hand, hacker don't like rules. They don't care about laws. Why would they want to work for a place which govern laws ?

They do offer jobs to hackers called "white hats"... They're the ones that stop the "black hats" from doing malicious things on the net.

they do, yes, but then they are government employees. kinda like DMV, or IRS. just seeking their pension. count the hours till the government will keep paying them to do nothing, and they can stay at home.
