Finding a forwarding address?

I need to find a list of forwarded addresses in kentucky. is there a web site that i can look up that will show me a list of the most recent forwarded addresses to some that date back to 10 years?

NO. The PO only forwards mail for one year. After that, in most states the records are archived.
