He is a good performer rather than a leader...commands respect from his performance...About captaincy he just go by gut instincts and it clicks more often than not,wen ur teammates r on ur side....

By being straight up, telling it like it is. If you **** up he kicks your ****, it you do well he pats you on the back. Simple honesty.
