Sure. The top is brown and the capri's are khaki. Both are neutral colors. It's not like pairing green with orange, nothing to clash. Both are casual styles so they should work fine.

If the colors are true, they match. I have put stuff on eBay before and they looked a totally different color on the monitor. To make sure, email the sellers and ask if the color that is showing is a good comparison to the garments.
