I'll be brief...by far the most benefit for the least amount of energy, time and money for me has been receiving the Hellerwork structural integration series. I liked it so much that I soon realized how ineffective the massage work I was doing was compared to Hellerwork...so I went on to train to be a practitioner.

What is it? It's intent is to realign your physical body so it is in stronger integrity with your emotions, mind and spirituality. For me, it has done that. I feel self-empowered by the experience. No other therapy have I done has done so much for so little. The next best thing has been body-oriented psychotherapy, but that has taken a LONG time, but has been worth it.

We are not religous Recently we had a medical dilemma As a family we got together.We sat round the table All joined hands on the middle of table.Silently we let our minds dwell on the stricken child.To early to see if we have acheived any worthwhile goal What we do know is that we relieved the burden from the parents,by sharing thier grief
