IST OFF IS THE HOUSE IN YOUR NAME OR HIS NAME? IF THE HOUSE IS IN YOUR NAME I WOULD STAY AND TELL HIM TO GO. IF THE HOUSE IS IN HIS NAME THEN I WOULD LEAVE. IF THE HOUSE IS IN BOTH OF YOUR NAMES WELL THEN I WOULD NOT GO NO WHERE. WE WOULD HAVE TO SETTLE IT IN COURT.
