as much as i love sony, i just can't afford that
i think they've gotten a little crazy believing people have that kind of cash to just drop on a system
another problem with that is microsoft has a one year advantage and nintendo is actually gonna put up a good fight...
i'd rather pay $600 for the combination of XBOX360 (which will also have the GTA franchise) and the WII (which seems like its worth trying)

You know what? I'd really like to buy a PS3 because I love my PS2/1, but I can't justify $600! I've got other things to buy. Like food.
Nah, I'll wait a year+ for the price to drop. Besides $600 only gets you 1st generation games. There will be some great 360 games by then, and I have my heart set on a Wii.

You are talking about the new PS3 that is coming out in November i assume. I myself am going to drop the 599.00 plus tax on it for sure. I think Sony is going to have the best system on the market. A lot of people have complained about the price of the PS3, but just remember that you get what you pay for. I'm sure that the Wii will make some sale from people who are unwilling to pay for the PS3. But the Wii is not the better system in terms of raw power and in terms of the game line-up, if you are 12-16 then the Wii may be for you, because of it's line-up of kid games. But if you are a hardcore serious gamer then the PS3 is for you, don't settle for less than what you want, if you have to save up some more to get it then i suggest you do. The PS3 cost Sony over 1000.00 dollars to make, just go to www.playstation.com and look at the specs and you will see that the PS3 has way more games and power then the Wii.

If it is a PS3, I will pay $600 for it. For the great graphics and games.

i bought a xbox 360 and thats as chep is its gonna get i mean the ps3 gonna be 700 buck and thats just gay and there games are gonna be like 70 bucks because of the blue ray disc and that all gay trust me and get a 360

no way will I be buying a PS3. also, $600 is for the 60GB and $500 for the 20GB.

i'm not i don't have that kind of money to just buy a ps3 for $600,that's why i told my mom to get me one for christmas.

depend on wat the system is if it plays gamecube xbox and ps3 ames hell ya ill buy it also if it has more features ill sepnd more if i have 2
