It's because the women aren't permitted to have an opinion. However, the men can, but I'd imagine that they'd spent the majority of their time in the Mosque.

Censorship.
They would use the web to tell their people how to pray, who to stone to death today, etc. there would be no uploading.
And all the pages would say "Death to Israel" at the bottom, and all their emails too, so what's the point?
