I bought this disk with a lot of games on it but I didn't like them and now I don't want them on there anymore and I want to know if anyone can explain to me how I can remove them from my computer.

Thanks.

PLEASE READ THIS ONE!

In short, if you cannot remove any program throuh the 'Add Remove' in 'Control Panel' or the program does NOT have an uninstall shortcut in the 'Start' menu, just leave it alone.

Or, just remove the shortcuts (the icon will have a bent arrow in Windows) to the program. This is one of the BIGGEST reasons people hose thier computers! By deleting an important file.

If your running out of hard drive space, buy another hard drive to add (if there is space in the box) or use a partitioning program to 'move the old drive to the new drive while making the original partition bigger and filling up the new hard drive.

This is one of the safest ways since the old hard drive is intact if something goes wrong with the new hard drive. New drives are pretty inexpensive, just look for a sale and rebates.

Get a friend to help with the hardware part or let Best Buy (or similar) do it.

DO NOT delete anything unless you are SURE it is not going to screw up your OS.

If your PC is old enough, you might want to buy a new one and copy the whole old drive to a folder on the new PC. This could be cheaper since equipment is so reasonable.

I recommend HP or Compaq and they usually come with a 24x7x365 phone support.

Hi1 there are 3 main ways to do this

1. just get the property of the game by right clicking on in. after knowing the source of the game go there through the my computer and run the uninstall programms.

2 .Go to control pannel and click add or remove programm option there. and from there you can remove the games.

3.third and the simplest way is that if you are using microsoft XP you can restore your system on an earliar date from help and support center.
hope this information will be useful for you

On your start menu, scroll to "settings" and click on control panel. There should be an icon that says "add or remove programs" click on it. All the programs installed on your computers should be in that list. The games you don't want should be on that list too. Click on the game you don't want and select remove. It's that simple.

Go to control panel then go to add or remove programs. You should see the games you want to remove in there. Be careful not to remove any major programs.
