I use those wet wipes along with the toilet paper so I don't have to look.

Yes wanna make sure got a nice clean bum after wiping as if tissue is clean after few wipes then bum is clean! Simple!

i have the nurses show me the wipe, i do not let them use toilet paper, i want to be clean so i make them use baby wipes. and they have to wipe my hole until it is clean and refreshing!!

No, I use a wet wipe after using toilet paper too see if I cleaned my tush properly......i hate having a dirty tush...You know the saying: If you go to bed with a itchy butt, you will wake up with stinky figers.....................
