How do I reinstall a program on my pc that was accidentally deleted.?

The program is named EZ-dub, for burning cd's. It was already installed when my pc was purchased. It is in my desktop files but not accessible.This a Laptop(dell)computer that I am asking about.

contact dell support, tell them the problem and they can tell you what to do to reinstall the software

If you're running XP as your operating system, you can use the 'System Restore' feature to return your computer to an earlier date and time before it was deleted.

check the disks that came with you drive / system
all the programs should be on there
