If your mom or dad has diabetes, your overweight, or black or hispanic you might have insulin resistance. If you exercise, this allows your insulin to work better. The insulin brings your sugar into your cells so you have more energy. You dont have to have high sugar for exercise to work. Insulin resistant sign is having darkness in the back of your neck or arm pits or creases on knees. Exercise is a magic drug!

lay down for about 10 to 15 mins when you get home and drink some tea and lite a candle it helps

COFFEE.. but not really, I had that same problem at one point to.. but it could be that you don't eat enough or something, so try eating more or eat some different stuff. When it happened to me, it just kinda went away, but maybe i changed something like eating habbits without knowing it..
