Well, I am very sorry that you feel that way right now...but considering how long ago this question was asked I think you would be cheered up now...but if not or just in case it happens again here are some tips:
1. Most people think that eating makes you feel better...Actually it makes me feel way worse so I wouldn't.
2. Mostly I get depressed when I start thinking about myself more...Like if I'm involed in someone elses life like helping them or talkin to them about stuff I never get depressed.
3. Okay this is kinda still on the same subject as #2 but if you read a book it helps get your mind of you problems or whatever.
4. Go bounce on a trapoline!!!! Okay this is weird but the feeling of flying always makes me happy!!
Hope this helps!
bye bye...:)

You can change your emotional state by changing your body posture. (not only is your posture a reflection of how you feel, but how you feel is also a response to your posture which you can control).
Stand tall and stretch, lift your chin high, take a deep breath and SMILE. Even if you don't feel like smiling, sometimes smiling will bring your mood into a closer match with your expression.
That aside, aerobic activity has been proven to provide the quickest natural results in terms of elevating your mood and sense of well being. It is often used as part of a treatment plan for serious depression.
15-20 minutes of aerobic activity will have you feeling much better :o)

I listen to certain music that helps me vent my anger, depression, hurt, or whatever I'm feeling and sing at the top of my lungs while driving.
Then once I've vented and feel like it's out of my system, I put in something more upbeat.
I spend lots of time in the car, so it's really my only "me" time as a single mother.

I either vent it through music...whatever music you would like when you feel deppressed. Or I write it all down in a journal, sometimes I even pretend I'm writing a book and make the main character somewhat like me and they have the same problems I do. Oh and sometimes talking to someone you don't know (maybe go to a psychiatrist or something).

I just had a big bowl of ice cream with chocolate syrup--that always works for me!
Sometimes getting it out on paper helps, too--whether it's writing a poem about how you feel or just writing down the day's events in a journal or something.

Go out and take a slow walk by yourself.
Best to places with no one around.
Its times like this that you can use a bit of peace and quiet.
