where do i find the legandary dogs on fire red?

legendary dogs... i'll assume you mean raiku, suikune, and entei. i don't think they're actually dogs... but anyway.

only one is actually released throughout the game, depending on earlier choices made. while it (whatever one it is) wanders around, much like latios/latias in ruby/sapphire, and can be on any spot on the map, in any square of grass..

after you've run into one the first time, you can track where it is, it doesn't regain hp.

but the easiest way... is to transfer from colleseum, if at all possible
