How do I add a ringtone to my Telus phone?

I want to add a ringtone to my telus from the internet. When I try to look at the ringtones or images. I get this "sorry, you are unable to access this application as you have not validated your myTELUSmobilty profile. Please visit add telus mobilty account.

I've tried, doesn't work. What am I doing wrong? Can someone send me the right link or link or something. (i'm from ontario)

you have to call telus customer services and they'll help you.
