On the Apple website, they offer discounts for multiple purchases. Usually this is for educational discounts. Check with them.

New or Used?

New have a low profit margin so do not expect a great deal unless your spending $100,000s. One issue to think about is that you usually DO NOT get any support for PCs bought wholesale from the manufacturers so get the deal in writing. Support is worth a lot of money. Look at what Dell chatges for extended support when you buy a new PC.

If it is a one time deal, find a company that buys corporate PCs just off lease etc. They are usually 3 years old and have a good life left. Search for PC liquidation or call some companies to see who buys their equipment.

You can find bulk Used equipment on eBay also.

If your trying to start the above as a business, you need to make a deal with the larger coporations or leasing companies. These deals are, I'll give you X dollars for every X (general type and configuration) for skid loads of equipment.

You could even throw in a deal to do a CIA level erasure of the hard drive. MANY companies have VERY important information on thier old equipment.

Try to get some software licenses with the PCs too.

Good Luck,
