Use anything with benzoyal peroxide in it. My personal favorite is Benzagel, which you should be able to find at a pharmacy close to you. Then look at the Mary Kay website for the Velocity skin care line. It's a little expensive, but it works way better than anything I've ever tried, including proactiv! It's suited for teenage girls and it works quite nicely. My acne is gone now, it only took a month of Benzagel to mostly clear it up, and then another month of Benzagel and Velocity combined to finish it off. Voila! Clear skin.

Quickly-- no such luck. What worked for me was proactive (it's through the mail and is for major acne), cetaphyl (for make-up caused acne), and birth control pills (for hormonally-induced acne).

Cetaphyl is cheap and is in the drug stores.

Good Luck!

depending on how bad you are consult a dermatologist?

Or I have never tried it but proactive seems like it works well. I maybe should use it, but I'm using something else right now.
