In one Rocky movie, Sylvester Stallone did face Hulk Hogan (Terry Bollea) as Thunderlips or something like that. Rocky was the hero, so the script had him win. In real life, I'd bet on it going the other way, for Hulk was much bigger and stronger than Rocky.
