im 5' 9" 130 lbs run a 5.2 in the 40 have a vertical of almost 2 feet broad jump of 6 feet im a hard hitter and have the best hands on the team i have to play offense and defense

Consider basketball, soccer or lacrosse. At 5'9"/130 you'll be spam after a hit from a 250lb defensive lineman and you'll never bring down a 210lb running back.

It would depend on the level of play you're at (such as varsity, junior varsity, freshman), and the size of players on other teams. Assuming the players are about the same size you are, I would recommend you play tight end on the offensive side, and linebacker on the defensive side. Good luck!

best hand means your a wide reciever and if your a hard hitter, maybe corner or linebacker. Your only probably is probably speed, a 5.2 is okay but you could do bettter. focus on your speed and you should be fine

honestly your a bit small...i play safety for my hig school team and i'm 6'1 and 185.... and you're not that quick...a 5.2 is a bit slow....i would say something like cornerback judging by your size..but might be a running back...they are usually smaller so they can fit through the holes in the line...tryout for all positions you can
