While trying to turn on my laptop today, there seems to be a problem with it. First off my laptop just keeps turning on for 5-10 seconds, turn off and repeats. I dont know how to fix this but if anyone has a solution to this problem please help me and thanks.

Turn the laptop off. Remove the battery and the AC power.
After say a minute, plug the AC adapter back in (leave the battery out) and restart the laptop.
If the problem still exists then you will need to get it to a service agent to be repaired.

Okay, in as far as it went, the very first answer was good, but, add to it this step.. while power is off and battery is out, and cord is out of puter, press and hold the power button for 60 seconds, then power up..

ok what they said are great but i am not sure if it's a battery problem so i recomund trying what they said then try putting in your installtion disk and see if that works
if it does than try repair no re-format the disk
